Tell me if this happens on your computer

Open Microsoft Word. Type Google. Press Enter.
 
Does it give you a spell error too? I thought googling was an accepted phrase in the English language.
 
Or is it big bad Microsoft not acknowledging its main competitor?

Very interesting observation indeed!!
But since 'Google' has not entered the Webster yet(atleast not on the online edition), i guess thats why it does not appear in MS Word.

Nope, MS Word (2003) accepts "google" as a proper word. Which version you guys using?
