There is a time and a place for everything.
For bravado and braggadocio.
For taking no prisoners and accepting no responsibility.
For taking the credit and deflecting the blame.
For superiority of class or caste or religion or hierarchy.
But this is not that time.
This is the time to be humble.
A time to be open and transparent.
To accept that mistakes have been made.
To provide the confidence that mistakes will not be compounded.
To ensure that there’s something bigger than what sets us apart
To be together.
To be competent.
